"Do you really think I need new friends?" What did he mean by that? It sounds a little strange. Maybe I can not read.
I think you should tell your friend to be careful with this kind, because, as you said, only one S wants sexually. and S does not even have a friend in the first place. Sounds like S is confused about himself. In denial? could be. no say in, you do not get me wrong, but if so, have a friend as if he was not a good idea. One could exploit this vulnerability.
