It is a difficult question because there are many models of the Tablet PC there.
Personally, I stay away from models of severely affecting the screen. They have certain limitations that are not present in the models of the electromagnetic digitizer. If you find a model with two screens (touch and electromagnetic), then you get the best of both.
I like to find these 2 TabletPC forums for the best answer to your question, because it comes all the time.
